I bought these boots in December 2021 and in May 2022, whilst going down a flight of stairs, the left heel completely separated from the insole causing me to slip and nearly fall. I didn't contact Humant about it, knowing that I would not get a refund and that shipping them back to Korea to get them fixed would be pointless, since the cost of the shipping services wouldn't make it worthwhile. The reason I am writing this review in October 2022 is because after not using the boots the whole summer, I inspected them deciding whether or not to have them repaired. I have now noticed that in addition to the left heel, the right heel is cracked but not completely split, indicating that if I had used the boot any longer it would have  encountered the same result. From my experience the boots are claimed to be handmade, but judging by the fact that they haven't withstood 5 months of regular walking in urban areas I would recommend to spend money wisely, and that I am quite disappointed by the poor quality of such a cool design.
